Established in 1986, Gladstone Vineyard was the first of a cluster of boutique wineries established on the old riverbed of the Ruamahanga River at Gladstone, east of Carterton in the Wairarapa.

Alana Estate is located on the Northern edge of the famed Martinborough Terrace. The microclimate and unique soil structures combine to produce beautiful complex wines with their own unique characteristics.

With the qualified exception of the Cabernet Merlot, which can be a little leafy and gamey, Bannockburn produces outstanding wines across the range, all with individuality, style, great complexity and depth of flavour.
