How to Order


Domestic Ordering Instructions

1. 
  Once you have completed your shopping (and your trolley is full of course!!) proceed "to checkout".

2.   Fill out your details on the order form.  Please fill in all fields.

3.  You can now proceed to pay via a totally secure connection using your credit card.  We accept all cards. 

If you don't feel comfortable using your credit card over the net, please select one of the following options:

a)  Fax your order to +613 9682 0134.

b) Email your order to sales@cloudwine.com.au and advise us of how you would like to pay.  We're pretty flexible and don't mind calling you back to get your credit card details if you don't want to email them.

c) Direct Debit the value of your order to our bank account.  If this is your preferred method just drop us an email and we will send our account details to you ASAP.

d) Post your order to Cloudwine Cellars, 317 Clarendon Street, South Melbourne  VIC  3205 including cheque/money order (made payable to Cloudwine Pty Ltd).  We will send you your wine as soon as cheque/money order is cleared.



Instructions for ordering outside Australia

1.  First step is to email us to check that the wine you are after is available.  Please note there generally isn't a problem as we update the stock status immediately on the site, and besides, we only do 5-10 offshore orders a week to ensure our levels of customer service and order tracking remain high.  We will email you back ASAP to advise status.

It is important that the order is conducted offline as offshore customers are able to take advantage of tax free prices.  Put simply, Australian wine sold to customers outside of Australia is eligible for rebates on WET (Wine Equalisation Tax of 29% - charged on wholesale prices) and the Goods & Services tax of 10%.  The discount on the end selling price can range from around 18% to 25% on the AUD price, depending on how much of a discount was built into the AUD price in first instance. These discounts do not apply to all wines for sale at Cloudwine. please enquire for further details.

2.  After you have received our email detailing your order confirmation please send back your shipping details.  Specifically we need:

- Your name
- Full shipping address
- Contact details - email and phone if possible
- Any special delivery instructions - i.e what to do if you are not at the delivery address when the courier arrives.

3.  Payment details.  We accept AMEX (offline only), VISA, Bankcard & MasterCard.  If you feel comfortable to do so, send your credit card details in the email with your shipping details (as described in point 2).

If you don't feel comfortable sending your credit card details by email then advise us a contact number and we will call to get your details.  Please note that your personal details are held by us only to fulfill your order.  Once payment is cleared your credit card details are destroyed.
